“Your Content” means any inputs you provide to the Services and any outputs you receive. As between you and TEJ Intelligence, you retain rights in Your Content to the extent permitted by law, and we grant you a right to use outputs generated for you through the Services, subject to these Terms.

You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance of outputs for your use case. Outputs may be incorrect or incomplete and should not be relied upon as the sole source of truth for high-stakes decisions.

4. Acceptable use and safety

You agree not to use the Services to generate or facilitate content or behavior that is illegal, harmful, or violates applicable policies we may publish. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or suspected misuse.

5. Fees, billing, and taxes

If you purchase paid Services, you agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, designs, and branding, are owned by TEJ Intelligence and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, or distribute the Services.

The Services may integrate with third-party services. TEJ Intelligence is not responsible for third-party services and your use of them is governed by their terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TEJ Intelligence will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Services.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
